  • Helped spin out GridSeer, partnering with the founding CEO across product development, GTM, business development, and strategic partnerships.

First business hire at GridSeer. Owned the company's GTM foundation from brand identity through market launch, leading product strategy, commercialization, and strategic partnerships while operating across multiple functions simultaneously.

  • Built GTM from zero: brand identity, ICP definition, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and full launch strategy.
  • Developed customer-centric positioning and messaging across web, sales presentations, one-pagers, and enterprise sales enablement assets.
  • Designed an agentic AI-powered competitive intelligence and outreach engine, increasing stakeholder engagement 3x through scalable automation.
